34 Public notice of election The public notice under regulation 6(2) must also include the following information: (a) the date of the resolution mentioned in section 137(2) of the Act; (b) the approximate date on which the postal voting papers are likely to be issued and sent to persons on the electoral roll; (c) an explanation of the procedures for postal voting; (d) any other information that the returning officer considers appropriate.
