sec.16 Amounts paid into dedicated account
This section applies for a record about an amount paid into the dedicated account of a candidate, or group of candidates, for an election. The following information must be included in the record— the amount; whether the amount is a gift, loan or amount of another type; for each part of the amount—the information necessary to show the part is a gift, loan or amount of another type.
