This Order names the Dulverton Regional Waste Management Authority as an authority to which Part 3A of the Local Government Act 1993 applies (s 3). Mechanically, that places the Authority under the governance, reporting and regulatory framework set out in Part 3A, shifting decision‑making and compliance obligations onto the Authority and those who deal with it. The Department of Premier and Cabinet (Local Government Office) administers the Order and oversees its commencement and implementation.
