7 Transfer of staff

(1) A member of staff of the former county council immediately before the commencement day is transferred to the appropriate constituent council, as determined by agreement between the constituent councils, in accordance with that agreement.

(2) A transfer under subsection (1), or as determined by the Minister under section 5, is taken to have effect on and from the commencement day.

(3) The Act, Chapter 11, Part 6 applies, with any necessary adaptations and except for the Act, section 354I, as if this proclamation effected a boundary alteration.
