12 Plans, strategies and policies
(1) The plans, strategies and policies of the former county council continue in force, subject to subsection (2).
(2) This section ceases to have effect in relation to a plan, strategy or policy when the constituent council adopts a plan, strategy or policy that replaces that plan, strategy or policy.
