Tasmania regulation
This order makes the North West Water Authority subject to Part 3A of the Local Government Act 1993, so the powers, duties and decision-making procedures in that Part apply to the Authority. It takes effect when the making of the order is notified in the Gazette. The instrument does not amend Part 3A itself; it only changes which entity is governed by that existing Part, meaning compliance obligations and legal powers under Part 3A now attach to the Authority.
