319 Persons who are liable for offences (1) A person who aids, abets, counsels or procures or is in any way knowingly concerned in the commission of an offence against this Act or any regulation or local law made under this Act is guilty of that offence and liable to the penalty for that offence. (2) If 2 or more persons are responsible for the same offence against this Act or any regulation or local law made under this Act each of those persons is liable to the penalty provided for that offence and the liability of each of them is independent of the liability of any other person.
