310 Certain amounts forfeited to State (1) If a person receives a gift that it is unlawful for the person to receive because of section 309, an amount equal to twice the amount or value of the gift is forfeited to the State. (2) An amount forfeited under subsection (1) may be recovered from the person who received the gift.
