250 Amendment of certified voters' roll (1) A certified voters' roll may be amended by the VEC only if— (a) there is any error or omission in the preparation, printing or copying of the voters' roll; or (b) there is any misnomer or any inaccurate description of any person, place or thing on the voters' roll. (2) The amendment of the voters' roll under subsection (1) must be certified by the VEC. (3) The certification under subsection (2) must— (b) detail the amendments made; and (c) specify the reasons why the amendments were made.
