229B Ineligibility following suspension Unless an Order made under section 229A is disallowed by a resolution of either House of Parliament, a Councillor suspended by that Order is, for the remainder of the Council's term, ineligible to do the following— (a) hold the office of Mayor or Deputy Mayor; (b) chair a delegated committee of the Council.
