214 Order as to costs
S. 214(1AA) inserted by No. 23/2024 s. 71.
(1AA) Subject to any order under subsection (1), the Council or Councils for which a Commission of Inquiry is appointed must reimburse the State for the costs of the Commission of Inquiry.
(1) A Commission of Inquiry may make an order for the payment of all or any of the costs of the Commission of Inquiry.
(2) An order under subsection (1) is enforceable in the same manner as an order of the Supreme Court is enforceable.
