202 Services to support Commission of Inquiry S. 202(1) amended by No. 23/2024 s. 23. (1) A Commission of Inquiry, with the approval of the Minister, may make use of the services of any persons, including employees in the public service. (2) For the purposes of this Division, a person providing services under this section is to be taken to be a member of staff of the Commission of Inquiry.
