181C Adverse findings (1) If a Municipal Monitor proposes to include in a report to the Minister (other than a report under section 226) a finding that is adverse to a person, the Municipal Monitor must provide the person with— (a) details of the proposed finding; and (b) an opportunity to respond to the proposed finding in writing. (2) A Municipal Monitor must consider any response under subsection (1)(b) before including the proposed finding in a report to the Minister. (3) If a Municipal Monitor includes in a report to the Minister a finding that is adverse to a person, the Municipal Monitor must fairly set out any response under subsection (1)(b) in the report.
