161 Procedures (1) A Councillor Conduct Panel may do any or all of the following— (a) request a person to attend a hearing and answer questions; (b) request information from the applicant, the respondent or the Council, including confidential information held by the Council; S. 161(1)(c) amended by No. 23/2024 s. 64. (c) direct a Councillor who is the applicant or the respondent to attend a hearing or provide information, including confidential information held by the Councillor. (2) Members of a Councillor Conduct Panel that are provided with confidential information must ensure that the information is not released to the public.
