149A Delegation by Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar
The Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar, by instrument, may delegate to any person employed under Part 3 of the **Public Administration Act 2004** any function or power of the Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar under this Act, other than this power of delegation.
