145 Internal arbitration information The following information is confidential information— (a) information in an application made under section 143 for an internal arbitration process; (b) information provided to the Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar or produced by the Principal Councillor Conduct Registrar for the purposes of an internal arbitration process, other than the findings and the reasons; (c) information provided to an arbiter or produced by an arbiter for the purposes of an internal arbitration process, other than the findings and the reasons.
