131 Disclosure of conflict of interest at other meetings (1) This section applies in respect of a conflict of interest in respect of a matter at a meeting conducted under the auspices of the Council that is not a meeting specified in section 130(1)(a), (b) or (c). (2) A Councillor who has a conflict of interest in respect of a matter must— (a) disclose the conflict of interest in the manner required by the Council's Governance Rules; and (b) comply with the procedures specified in the Council's Governance Rules for the purposes of this section. (3) If a Councillor fails to comply with subsection (2), an application may be made under section 154 to a Councillor Conduct Panel alleging serious misconduct. Division 3—Personal interests returns
