100 Meeting to consider annual report (1) For the purposes of section 18(1)(d), the Mayor must report on the implementation of the Council Plan by presenting the annual report at a Council meeting open to the public. (2) The Council meeting must be held— (a) in the year of a general election, on a day not later than the day before election day; and (b) in any other year, within 4 months of the end of the financial year.
