366 Adoption of code of conduct and policies by local government subsidiaries A local government subsidiary must adopt the following under the new Act not later than 12 months after the commencement: (a) policies on human resource management under section 172; (b) a policy for allowances and any other benefits under section 174; (c) a code of conduct for the chief executive and staff under section 175; (d) a policy for investment under section 194(4); (e) a privacy policy under section 206(4).
