364 Roads (1) Any roads within the area of a council that were, immediately before the commencement, vested in or under the care, control and management of the Territory remain, at the commencement, vested in, or under the care, control and management of the Territory despite Part 12.3 of the new Act. (2) Such a road continues to be vested in the Territory subject to: (a) any agreement between the Territory and the council to vest the road in the council; or (b) any other proper dealing by the Territory with the road.
