346 Continuation of LGANT (1) The Local Government Association of the Northern Territory continues under the new Act as if section 242 of the former Act had not been repealed: (a) for 12 months from the commencement; or (b) for the period prescribed by the regulations. (2) All property, rights, liabilities and obligations of LGANT are taken to be the property, rights, liabilities and obligations of the prescribed corporation on the date specified by the Minister by Gazette notice.
