342 Guidelines (1) The Minister may make, amend or revoke guidelines for the purposes of this Act. (2) The guidelines must be published on the Agency's website. (3) The Minister must table guidelines in the Legislative Assembly within 6 sitting days after making them. (4) The guidelines are not subordinate legislation.
