332 Judicial notice to be taken of certain facts A court is to take judicial notice of the following: (a) the existence of a municipality, shire or region and its boundaries; (b) the division of a municipality, shire or region into wards and the boundaries of each ward; (c) the existence and membership of the council for each municipality, shire or region; (d) the election of members of the council; (e) the appointment and signature of the CEO.
