324 Consideration of application by administrative review committee (1) The CEO must, on receiving an application for review, refer the application to a committee (an administrative review committee).

Local Government Act 2019 180 (2) The administrative review committee may summarily reject an application for review if satisfied that the application is frivolous, vexatious or lacking in substance. (3) If the administrative review committee summarily rejects an application under subsection (2), the committee must give a decision notice to the applicant as soon as practicable after making the decision.
