322Reviewable decisions

322 Reviewable decisions (1) A reviewable decision is a decision that is designated as reviewable: (a) by this Act (or a by-law under this Act); or (b) by resolution of the council. (2) A list setting out each category of reviewable decisions must be accessible on a council's website. Note for section 322 The following are designated by this Act as reviewable: (a) a decision in relation to the correction of an entry in the assessment record under section 232(1) or 233(7); (b) a regulatory order under section 286; (c) a decision to refuse to suppress a person's details in publicly available material under section 293(5).
