279 Accessibility of by-laws (1) A council must keep a copy of all by-laws made or adopted by the (2) The copy must include the text of each by-law and of any code, standard or other document referred to or incorporated in the by-law. (3) Each by-law made or adopted by the council must be:

Local Government Act 2019 158 (a) accessible on or from the council's website; and (b) available for inspection, free of charge, at the council's public office. (4) A person is entitled, on payment of a fee fixed by the council, to a certified copy of a by-law.
