174 Allowances and other benefits policy (1) A council must, by resolution, adopt a policy in relation to allowances and any other benefits for the CEO. (2) The CEO must determine a policy in relation to allowances and any other benefits for the council's staff. (3) The policies: (a) must cover: (i) allowances; and (ii) vehicles; and (iii) accommodation; and (b) may cover other subjects related to allowances and other benefits.
