163 Secrecy of vote (a) the person is acting in an official capacity in relation to an election or poll of electors or is assisting a person to vote; and (b) the person finds out how a voter voted; and (c) the person intentionally engages in conduct; and (d) the conduct results in the disclosure of the voter's vote and the person is reckless in relation to the result. Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months. (2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(a) and (b).
