151 Contents of return (1) A campaign donation return must include the following information for the disclosure period: (a) the amounts or values of each donation made, directly or indirectly, to the candidate; (b) the dates each donation was made; (c) the details of the donors; (d) the amounts and terms of any loan to the candidate; (e) the details of the lenders of the loan.

Local Government Act 2019 91 (3) A copy of the campaign donation return must be made available for public inspection by the Electoral Commissioner 30 days after the candidate was required to give the campaign donation return and for 4 years from that date. (4) The candidate must keep and maintain records in relation to the donations or loans specified in the campaign donation return for a period of 4 years.
