#### 96 Staged approval 96 Staged approval > > (1) An approval may be granted— > > > > > (a) for the activity or one or more of the activities for which the approval is sought, or > > > > > (b) for such an activity, except for a specified part or aspect of the activity, or > > > > > (c) for a specified part or aspect of such an activity. > > > (2) Such an approval may be granted subject to a condition that the activity or the specified part or aspect of the activity, or any thing associated with the activity or the carrying out of the activity, must be the subject of— > > > > > (a) a further approval, or > > > > > (b) a consent, approval or permission under another Act, > > > > or both.
