#### 88 Withdrawal of applications 88 Withdrawal of applications > > (1) An applicant may withdraw an application at any time before its determination by the council by giving the council notice to that effect signed by the applicant. > > > (2) An application withdrawn under this section is taken for the purposes of this Act never to have been made. > > > (3) However, the question whether the application fee should be refunded is at the absolute discretion of the council.
