#### 87 Amendment of applications 87 Amendment of applications > > (1) An applicant, at any time before the application is determined, may make a minor amendment to the application and may amend any matter accompanying the application. > > > (2) The making of a minor amendment does not require the application to be further notified to anyone. > > > (3) For the purposes of section 105, the application is taken not to have been made until the amendment is made.
