> In this Part—

> > (a) a breach of this Act means—

> > > (i) a contravention of or failure to comply with this Act,

> > > (ii) a threatened or an apprehended contravention of or a threatened or apprehended failure to comply with this Act, and

> > (b) this Act includes—
