#### 660 Obstruction 660 Obstruction > A person who wilfully obstructs any of the following in the exercise of any function under this Act, or any other Act or any regulation conferring functions on a council is guilty of an offence— > > > • the Minister > > > • the Departmental Chief Executive > > > • a person authorised under section 746 > > > • an auditor appointed under Part 3 of Chapter 13 > > > • a council > > > • a councillor > > > • an administrator of a council appointed under this Act > > > • an employee of a council > > > • a police officer > > > • a person duly authorised to perform the function for the purposes of the Act or regulation concerned. > > Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. > > **s 660:** Am 1994 No 44, Sch 12 (11); 2013 No 44, Sch 1 \[46\] \[47\].
