#### 433 Report of investigation 433 Report of investigation > > (1) The Departmental Chief Executive must report to the Minister on the results of an investigation under this Division and must send a copy of the report to the council concerned. > > > (2) The report may comment on any matter that, in the Departmental Chief Executive’s opinion, warrants special mention and may contain such recommendations as the Departmental Chief Executive considers appropriate. > > > (3) A report furnished to the council under this section must be presented at the next meeting of the council after the report is received. > > > (4) Section 14B of the [Royal Commissions Act 1923](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1923-029) applies in relation to any report that the Minister wishes to lay before both Houses of Parliament in the same way as it applies to a report made by a commission under that Act. > > **s 433:** Am 2007 No 82, Sch 1.15 \[3\]; 2013 No 44, Sch 1 \[32\].
