#### 37 Requirements of plans of management for community land that is not owned by the council 37 Requirements of plans of management for community land that is not owned by the council > A plan of management for community land that is not owned by the council— > > > (a) must identify the owner of the land, and > > > (b) must state whether the land is subject to any trust, estate, interest, dedication, condition, restriction or covenant, and > > > (c) must state whether the use or management of the land is subject to any condition or restriction imposed by the owner, and > > > (d) must not contain any provisions inconsistent with anything required to be stated by paragraph (a), (b) or (c).
