#### 128 Catchment districts 128 Catchment districts > > (1) The Governor may proclaim a district to be a catchment district for the purposes of this Act. > > > (2) An owner of a building who complies with order No 1 in the Table to section 124 in the circumstances specified in paragraph (d) for that order, or order No 3 in that Table in the circumstances specified in paragraph (c) for that order, under section 124 is entitled to compensation from the council for the expenses incurred by the owner in complying with the order. > > **s 128:** Am 1994 No 82, Sch 3 (6); 1995 No 94, Sch 5.8 \[6\].
