#### 112 Entitlement to compensation 112 Entitlement to compensation > A person aggrieved by the revocation or modification of an approval in the circumstances set out in section 109(b) may recover compensation from the council for expenditure which is rendered abortive by the revocation or modification and which was incurred pursuant to the approval during the period between the date on which the approval commenced to operate and the date specified in the relevant notice served under section 108(4).
