The following provisions of the Local Government Act 1989 are repealed on the commencement specified in section 2(3)—
(k) sections 223BA to 223BM. ↑
- Table of Amendments (Great Ocean Road and Environs Protection Act 2020): The amendment proposed by section 94 of the Great Ocean Road and Environs Protection Act 2020, No. 19/2020 is not included in this publication due to the earlier repeal of section 3H by section 359(b) of Local Government Act 2020, No. 9/2020.
