206 Power of Councils over roads (1) The powers of a Council in relation to roads in its municipal district include the powers set out in Schedule 10. (2) Except as provided in section 207B(1), the exercise of a power under clause 2, 3 or 8(1)(a) of Schedule 10 does not in itself vest the land in a Council.
