203 Transport plan (1) A Council may develop and implement a transport plan which facilitates a sustainable transport system that provides for the effective integration of transport and land use. See section 11 of the **Transport Integration Act 2010**. (2) A Council may prepare a transport plan jointly with one or more other Councils. S. 203A inserted by No. 6/2010 s. 25(5)(Sch. 2 item 6.2) (as amended by No. 45/2010 s. 6).
