199 Concentration or diversion of drainage (1) Before a Council executes in or upon any road any work which will concentrate or divert the drainage flowing on the road and discharge it or permit it to flow on, into or through any land, the Council must comply with this section. (2) The Council must give notice of the proposed work to the owner and occupier of any land likely to be affected by the concentration or diversion of the drainage. (3) A person has a right to make a submission under section 223 on any proposed work to concentrate or divert drainage.
