181G Quarterly statement The Chief Executive Officer must ensure that a statement prepared under section 138 includes a record of the following— (a) each environmental upgrade agreement entered into in the last quarter, and the rateable land to which the agreement relates; (b) each environmental upgrade charge approved in respect of the agreements referred to in paragraph (a), and the value of the charges; (c) the total number of environmental upgrade charges in operation in the last quarter; (d) the total value of all environmental upgrade charge payments that have fallen due and have not been paid; (e) the total value of all environmental upgrade charge payments that are yet to fall due.
