162Service rate and service charge

162 Service rate and service charge (1) A Council may declare a service rate or an annual service charge or any combination of such a rate and charge for any of the following services— S. 162(1)(a) repealed by No. 30/2022 s. 4(1). S. 162(1)(b) substituted by No. 30/2022 s. 4(2). (b) waste, recycling or resource recovery services; S. 162(1)(c) repealed by No. 30/2022 s. 4(1). (d) any other prescribed service. (2) A service rate or service charge may be declared on the basis of any criteria specified by the Council in the rate or charge.
