Division 5 Transitional matters for Personal Violence Restraining Orders Act 2016 Local Court (Criminal Procedure) Act 1928 78 (2) Section 121A, as amended by the amendment Act, applies in relation to offences to which section 213(5) of the Criminal Code applies that are committed after the commencement. (3) Sections 120 and 121A, as in force immediately before commencement, apply in relation to offences committed before the (4) Section 131A, as amended by the amendment Act, applies in relation to offences committed before and after the commencement.
