183 Amendment of information or complaint If it appears to the Court before whom any defendant comes or is brought to answer any information or complaint that the information or complaint: (a) fails to disclose any offence or matter of complaint, or is otherwise defective; and (b) ought to be amended so as to disclose an offence or matter of complaint, or otherwise to cure the defect, the Court may amend the information or complaint upon such terms as may be just.
