175A Transmission of documents to Supreme Court deemed to be a tendering in evidence that Court Where, under section 174(1) or 175, a document or exhibit referred to in either of those sections is transmitted to the Supreme Court, the transmission of the document or exhibit shall be deemed to be a tendering in evidence to that Court of that document or exhibit.
