169 Duty to pursue appeal (1) An appellant who institutes an appeal to the Supreme Court is under a duty to pursue the appeal. (2) If the appellant has been granted bail under section 168, and the appellant does not pursue the appeal, the Local Court may revoke the appellant's bail.
