69 Costs
(cf LCA 1982, section 62)
> > (1) The Court may award costs in application proceedings at its discretion and may determine by whom, to whom and to what extent costs are to be paid in or in relation to application proceedings.

> > (2) The Court may order costs to be assessed on the basis set out in the legal costs legislation (as defined in section 3A of the [Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Act 2014](/view/html/inforce/current/act-2014-016)) or on an indemnity basis.
