#### 68 Enforcement of orders for payment of money 68 Enforcement of orders for payment of money (cf LCA 1982, section 61) > An order for the payment of money by a party to application proceedings (including an order as to payment of costs) may be enforced in a court of competent jurisdiction as if it were a debt due to the person to whom the money is ordered to be paid.
